Medicine path

To step into our own power, find our path,

to meet challenges in life in a good way,

this is the goal.

Shamanism is not a religion or believe system. It is a path of insight, that what you experience in your life, in ritual, in ceremony, in prayer and meditation.

It is what works for you.

It is about

mindfulness

balance

personal responibility

embodiment

  -

Who am I?

What am I bringing to this world?

Medicine is what heals. This can be a stone, an animal, a plant, a person or a situation.

To be aware, what is around us and what is within us, what does show up in our life and what it means for our wholeness / healing.

The medicine wheel can be a tool for us to work with, in order to regain balance.

Everything is in us, we just need to find out and live it.

In a shamanic session we cooperate with everything that is.

I will hold the space and support you for healing and transformation to happen.

Ritual is keeping the wheel of life turning. We leave the everyday life in order to open and enter a sacred space, here we can meet our truth and cherish the changes that we invite.

Bennacht - Blessing

On the day when
The weight deadens
On your shoulders
And you stumble,
May the clay dance
To balance you.

And when your eyes
Freeze behind
The grey window
And the ghost of loss
Gets into you,
May a flock of colours,
Indigo, red, green
And azure blue,
Come to awaken in you
A meadow of delight.

When the canvas frays
In the currach of thought
And a stain of ocean
Blackens beneath you,
May there come across the waters
A path of yellow moonlight
To bring you safely home.

May the nourishment of the earth be yours,
May the clarity of light be yours,
May the fluency of the ocean be yours,
May the protection of the ancestors be yours.

And so may a slow
Wind work these words
Of love around you,
An invisible cloak
To mind your life.
